Don't forget about the good stuff! Is there a company you would like to thank? Have you recently come in contact with an excellent example of customer service. Let them know about it! Just like you deserve to be heard, give them the kudos they deserve. Sometimes you may not even get what you want from an encounter, but there are times you are left feeling better because of the person you dealt with. And if you find a company or person has went "beyond the call", thank them for it. You can make a difference in the way companies grow and change. If you send a complaint letter and you see the benefits, send them a thank you card, for a discounted price!
